The total drive capacity is 455gb!The Dell recovery partition is only 10gb in size. I also did a scan disk at boot which didn't help either. There is a rounding error in this case by .52GB. That is still about 6,5GB missing but there may be still some hidden spaces on disk/folders which do not get counted in.You can go to folder options in control panel and Thanks I'll check out that program. Alternately, i'd suggest running a windirstat equivilent off a linux live cd of some sort to bypass any OS level hiding of free space, and have similar graphical tools.
